It's not only gorgeously filmed, its not a bad film. It's about the only John Ford I could get my heart into.

Fantastically beautiful, so well chosen. Thanks for posting these. And yes, I too thought it was a very good movie, wonderfully shot by Ford and with the best Thomas Mitchell performance I have seen. Even John Wayne essaying a Swedish accent couldn't ruin it.

Thank you! Not only was the cinematography jaw-dropping, watching a young and very handsome John Wayne was a real treat. It took me half to movie to realize he was supposed to be speaking with an accent.
